    最近帮客人卖了一个密市的condo，抢offer那天客人基本已经决定收一个715000的有条件的offer 了。但最后一刻，买家嫌弃管理费太高，放弃了。 但几天之后我帮客人卖了一个更高的价格72万，而且没有条件。我是如何做到的？

    In a slowing market, I helped my client sold their property at a desirable price. they were plan to accepted an conditional offer at the price $715,000, but i helped them sold at $720,000 with firm offer seveal days late. How did i do that?
